City of Green Park
It has come to our attention that there might be some confusion as to what Residential Waste Services the City of
Green Park is responsible for. The following is an explanation of the breakdown of who pays for what under the
City's trash program.
The City of Green Park pays for the following for each resident:
• Once a week pickup of residential household waste Mondays
• Once a week curbside recycling Mondays
• Pick up of one (1) major appliance/large household item (excluding white goods)
2 times per year
The resident has the option to (but does not have to) include, at their expense, the
services listed below:
Second pickup of residential household waste Thursdays $ 2.00/mth
Waste Receptacle
-- 96 gallon roll out container: Rental: $ 3.00/mth
Purchase: $75.00
Yard Waste picked up Wednesdays $ 9.00/mth
**** RECYCLING ****
As part of the recycling services, each residence will be provided with up to two (2) recycling containers free of
charge. With single stream recycling all recyclables can be placed in the same container, no sorting is necessary.
Participation in the recycling program is voluntary but is highly encouraged. Additional information can be
