Our Community Room is a great place to hold meetings, conferences, seminars and more. The room can be set up as theater style seating or banquet style seating with a maximum of 40 people and classroom style seating with a maximum of 21 people. Additional tables and chairs may be brought in to accommodate more seating. The maximum number of people allowed in the meeting room is seventy.

FEES:
Resident: $15/hr**
Commercial Resident: $20/hr*

*Two hour minimum with a $200.00 deposit

HOURS:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.*
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.*

*Uses are limited to those that will not impact and/or effect City Hall operations.

Requests to reserve the Community Room shall be submitted a minimum of fourteen days in advance of the requested time and date. The Community Room may not be used for fundraising or promotional uses. The City of Green Park has the right to refuse any Community Room reservation request.
