Golden Corral Buffet & Grill (located at 6110 S. Lindbergh)

The Golden Corral restaurant is a family buffet style restaurant that will seat about 450 guests.  The hours of operation will be 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with the exception of Friday and Saturday closing at 10 p.m.  A breakfast buffet will be served on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.  The restaurant is planning on hiring approximately 175-200 people when they initially open, but will reduce that amount to 70-90 employees on an on-going basis.  Scheduled to open April 2010.

QuikTrip (located at 6312 S. Lindbergh)

QuikTrip will have ten fuel pumps and a full convenience store and will be open 24 hours.  Projected opening date will be March 2010.
