Dairy Queen (located at 6070 S. Lindbergh)

 Dairy Queen is scheduled to open by December 31, 2011.  This will be a 2,164 square foot Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Orange Julius Restaurant with seating for 69 persons.  The restaurant includes a drive-thru and outside seating.  Hours of operation will be Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday through Sunday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

 AHEPA-53 IV Apartments (located at 11120 Tesson Ferry Road)

The construction of the 36-unit, two-story building will be located at 11120 Tesson Ferry Road.  These are one bedroom apartment units for low income elderly.  Included in the facility are common rooms, laundry room, offices, activity room and fitness room.  This project should be completed by spring 2012.

Golden Corral Buffet & Grill (located at 6110 S. Lindbergh)

GOLDEN CORRAL IS OPEN!  The Golden Corral restaurant is a family buffet style restaurant that seats about 450 guests.  The hours of operation are11 a.m. to 9 p.m. with the exception of Friday and Saturday closing at 10 p.m.  A breakfast buffet is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
